A family from Needham came to us with the project of building them a summer home in Hyannisport. In designing the beach house, our client emphasized the importance of family living, all updated conveniences and sleek lines. The custom ceiling moldings, wide baseboards, custom stairway and lighting fixtures bring a perfect blend of these components. A picturesque view of the salt water estuary, barrier beaches and Nantucket Sound can be seen from the glass on the south side of the house. The custom stainless steel cable rail system compliments the IPE handrail and deckboards.
